Beta Testing Agreement

These Terms govern your participation in the private beta of Seneca Aldwyn (“the Service”). By using the beta, you agree to the following conditions.
1. Nature of the Beta
You acknowledge that the Service is in an experimental development phase. By participating, you understand that:
- Features may change, break, or be removed without notice.
- Data loss, errors, and downtime may occur.
- You agree to use the Service at your own risk during this beta phase.
2. No Warranty
The Service is provided “as is” and "as available", with:
- No guarantees of accuracy regarding financial insights.
- No guaranteed uptime.
- No financial liability for business decisions made based on our data.
3. Feedback
We encourage you to provide feedback, suggestions, and bug reports. You agree that we may use your feedback to improve the Service without any obligation to compensate you.
4. Data Ownership & Usage
You retain full ownership of all files and business data you upload. We process this data solely to provide insights and improve the Service. We do not share your raw business data with third parties. For full details, please refer to our Privacy Policy.
5. Confidentiality
As a private beta tester, you get early access to unreleased technology. You agree not to publicly share:
- Screenshots of unreleased features.
- Internal communications from the Seneca Aldwyn team.
- Specific performance results or benchmarks.
6. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time and request your data be deleted. We reserve the right to revoke beta access at any time without notice if these terms are violated.
7. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes related to these terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in the Netherlands.
