The gap we found
Talking to companies in Twente's high-tech ecosystem — photonics spin-offs, deep-tech manufacturers, software agencies, precision engineering firms — we kept hearing the same thing. Operational data existed everywhere: engineering hours in Jira, revenue in Exact Online, pipeline in HubSpot, payments in Stripe. But it sat in silos. Nothing connected it. Nothing correlated Jira hours with invoice profitability. Nothing turned fragmented data into a view of the business as a whole.

Founder
Tino built Seneca Aldwyn out of a direct frustration with the gap between what business intelligence tools could do and what small and medium-sized businesses actually had access to. With a background spanning software engineering, business strategy, and AI systems, he set out to build the platform he wished had existed when talking to operators who were flying blind on their own finances.
Based at the University of Twente through the Novel-T incubator program, Tino spent months embedded in the Twente SMB community — conducting interviews, validating assumptions, and stress-testing the product against real operator pain points before writing a line of production code.
Seneca Aldwyn's first validated demo ran with Chilas B.V. — an Enschede-based tunable laser manufacturer and Kennispark Twente resident — confirming the platform's ability to surface cross-integration insights across Exact Online, Jira, and project billing data in minutes that previously required hours of manual work.
