When you upload files (such as sales spreadsheets, operational logs, and financial data), we process them to generate insights. These files may include:

- Employee or customer names (if included in your files)
- Operational metrics
Note: We do not modify these files. We strictly process them to generate the analysis you requested.
1.3 Usage Data & Cookies
We use minimal cookies and analytics tools (like PostHog) to collect anonymous usage data such as pages visited, buttons clicked, and error logs. This helps us debug the beta version.
2. Purpose of Data Processing
We process your data to:
- Provide the Service and generate business insights.
- Monitor errors and improve platform performance.
- Ensure account security.
- Communicate updates regarding the beta program.
3. Legal Basis (GDPR Article 6)
Our processing is based on:
- Contractual necessity (to provide the service you requested).
- Legitimate interest (analytics, security, debugging).

4. Data Sharing
We do not sell your data. We use GDPR-compliant processors to run our infrastructure:
- Cloud Hosting: Google Cloud / AWS/ Render (Data storage)
- Analytics/Monitoring: Sentry & PostHog (Error tracking)
These providers act strictly as data processors under our instruction.
5. Data Retention
We retain your data while your account is active. Upon request, we will:
- Delete your account completely.
- Delete all uploaded files and raw data.
- Remove analytics-identifying info.
Note: Encrypted database backups may persist for up to 30 days before being overwritten.
6. Your Rights (GDPR)
Under Dutch and EU law, you may at any time:
- Access your data.
- Request deletion (Right to be Forgotten).
- Request correction or export of your data.

We use industry-standard security measures, including:
